First time using them today doing DAS in some very heavy rain for a couple of hours. Comfortable, and easy to put on even over boots if necessary, but sadly they didn’t hold up to behind waterproof and I got damp around the bum and crotch area as is the case with many waterproof over trousers I have heard. Have to say, I’m a bit disappointed as it was only their first use.

Dear Urban Rider Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent orders. Within the past month, I have placed two separate orders with you and on both occasions I paid extra for “Next Working Day Delivery.” • On the first order, the parcel arrived only on the fifth day. • On the second order, placed on Tuesday 10th February, I again paid for next working day delivery. However, as of today (16th February), I have still not received the item. What makes this more frustrating is that I have now received an email asking me to leave feedback for an order that has not yet even arrived. I specifically paid for an expedited service twice, and on both occasions that service has not been provided. This is unacceptable. I would like: An immediate update on the status of my current order. I have been a genuine customer, but this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in your delivery service. For clarity, estimated delivery times (ETAs) are shown on the product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email. Next Working Day Delivery refers to delivery from the point of dispatch, as outlined in our delivery information. On occasion, we do experience delays from suppliers, but we do our best to keep customers informed if this happens. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder, as update emails can sometimes be filtered there, particularly if an order is delayed. Product as described, delivery time was misleading. Item was clearly not in stock so had to wait 10 days for it arrive. Cheap enough, need to be clear on actual delivery times. It was a present so did not score many points for late arrival

Urban rider do not appear to have enough staff to man their telephone service,it cuts out early and no one picks up. This comment added after six attempts to speak to someone. I have sent an email containing details of my complaint, but do not expect a speedy response if their phone service is anything to go by. I have been chasing this problem since Christmas?

Good service although I was disappointed that to return an item that was wrong size cost me ه£15 to send it back it should be free returns, like other company's that's why I only give 3 *

Heel strap broke on first wear (indoors). Have been promised an exchange. Disappointed with the shoe as the strap must be for decoration. Good customer service

Posted the wrong item initially however after contacting to explain what had happened, Edward was extremely helpful and my original item arrived quickly.

Easy to use web site for ordering, good range. Item delivered quickly. Disappointed with postage costs - ه£4.99 for a light weight item that could have been posted via standard 2nd class mail.
