“Bought a Merlin Millington Borg waxed jacket. Fitted nicely. Looks great. Comes with shoulder and arm armour, so I have just added the back D30 armour. The jacket was discounted as it was the last one they had (in my size!). I need some gloves so I will probably visit the store in Fulham to try them on.”

“There was an issue with stock availability, but once stock was available, the helmet was delivered quickly/on time and well packaged etc. Service was good - I did contact Urban Rider to query the delay and had a quick response. Helmet was spot on and exactly what I was after :) Have bought more from UR since!”

“My John Doe One helmet arrived last week and I'm really happy. The fit and finish is amazing. number one is the face shield. It feels like safety glass, it's sturdy, doesn't flex or twist when being opened and the visibility is excellent. Inside the fit and material is first rate. I have helmets that cost twice as much as this that don't fit and perform as well. This is my first product ordered from Urban Rider and even though I live on the far west side of Canada the delivery was fast. Now if only we had free trade with GB and no pesky import fees. Next time I'm in London I'll pop in with a shopping list.”

“Purchased a Roeg Jett open face helmet, but had to return it because of the colour which was a shame as otherwise it was top drawer. Throughout the purchase and return process, Urban Rider made everything as easy as it could be, so I'll be back without a doubt.”
