““Great service, but needs better shipping communication" This would be 5 stars, but the shipping communication needs improvement. If you order two or more items, they often ship them in separate batches based on stock. While I don't mind getting items separately, they never inform you that the order was only "partially sent." It causes unnecessary worry and frustration when you open a package expecting your full order, only to find items missing without any explanation. This had happened to me twice. Better notifications would make this a 5-star experience!”

“Bought my son a helmet for 30th birthday. It was NOT clear on website that visor was not included. I then e mailed to check exactly which visor to buy (could not get any answer on the phone) and bought the one you sent me the link to. He says it’s the wrong one! Another £40 and I’m not impressed”
