“I love UrbanRider for their fantastic online product reviews and their well layed out website, the items they stock feel well considered and premium. I have bought a voucher for a family member's xmas present this time around to share the UrbanRider joy. It arrived quickly and safely I am happy as ever. I do have 2 comments on this occasion however, I struggled to initially find the gift vouchers via the website and had to use a google search to find the right page, probably me being stupid but it wasnt obvious which section they come under. Second was the premise that a gift voucher is a gift, it came loose in the bag with nothing to make it feel more "gift-like" as you see with other retailers, I appreciate this adds cost, but it would be really nice to see some form of presentation, I ended up cutting up the bag with UrbanRider logo to make a small presentation envelope.”

“I've bought many items from Urban rider and they are my first choice 'go to' retailer on line. Whilst I have a very large retailer in my region , West Midlands, I always choose urban rider first. They have e excellent deals, customer service and if there's an issue it's easy to return items. Staff are helpful on the phone.”

“Amazing trousers - they're super comfortable, look good, and I like that I can adjust the waist. Oh, I also love the colour. I had tried quite a few trousers and jeans before from other stores, and honestly, they looked terrible and didn't feel that great either. These from Urban Rider are by far the best I've found to date.”

“Product as described, delivery time was misleading. Item was clearly not in stock so had to wait 10 days for it arrive. Cheap enough, need to be clear on actual delivery times. It was a present so did not score many points for late arrival”

“Love the jacket! its very difficult to get a mens jacket that isn't black or brown, so a red one was a great find. The quality is superb. Great solid zips, and thick, but pliable leather, so easy riding.”
