“Bought my son a helmet for 30th birthday. It was NOT clear on website that visor was not included. I then e mailed to check exactly which visor to buy (could not get any answer on the phone) and bought the one you sent me the link to. He says it’s the wrong one! Another £40 and I’m not impressed”

“Urban rider were fantastic. I ordered a DMD helmet but when they discovered they no longer had my size I received a full refund instantly. I am renewing my order now with a alternative. Such attention is rare these days and I highly recommend.”
