“Good quolity product, I loved it apart from one small flop, which is the weird zipper that comes with the pointy head of the zip (I dont know what is it called in English) on the left hand side, so it means the zip is for the lefthanders so for 12% of the whole glob's population and this was with every Jacket I bought of this Brand (Montana, Detroit also), So after good 2 min standing in front of the mirror trying to zip your jacket up, you will say 'I can't do this anymore' and you will go out with unzipped jacket, but despite this little trouble, I still gave all these jackets 5 stars as they are the ones with good quolity materials and well tailored. I hope this helps.”

“I've bought items from Urban Rider before and never had a problem. This time, however, has been pretty terrible. It started with the wrong item being delivered. I know this can happen and is not worth getting uptight about, providing it gets put right in a sensible timeframe. It wasn't and still hasn't been over a week later. I could go on and explain the whole experience but that's just boring. Everyone has been very polite but I'm afraid it just isn't good enough in this day and age and particularly when compared with the service standard of some of the competition. I would have given "very poor" if it wasn't for the politeness of the customer service people, and if I was mean spirited! I'm assuming company policy may need some tweaking in situations like this.”

“Bought a few things from Urban Rider now, helmet and jacket etc. Always great delivery and I find their online review videos very useful and to the point. Noone wants to watch 20 minutes of someone waffling on, so their approach is very direct and gives the the facts. Haven't been to the actual shop yet but next time I'm nearby I'll pop in!”
