About Urban Cooling:

At Urban Cooling, we have been installing all types of air conditioning solutions into residential, commercial, retail and leisure premises for over 20 years.

We specialise in providing air conditioning to buildings which otherwise cannot have it. With our solutions, buildings such as apartments and listed buildings can have the same standard of air conditioning as conventional systems provide, without the need for an external unit.

Operating within the M25, we undertake installations across all London postcodes.

“From our first contact with Urban Cooling to the subsequent install and follow up for a minor snagging issue, everything went very smoothly. All the guys involved were efficient, tidy and friendly and made what could have been a stressful experience a not unpleasant one! Especially happy with the look of my units which work quietly and efficiently. All in all very happy with Urban Cooling who came as a recommendation.”

“This is a very good company. The only thing is I had to get a few more pipes and new filters installed to make the units quieter…. There were too many gurgling sounds which are not ideal when trying to sleep! The team fixed all of that which was great but I’d expect the units to be inspected for this sort of thing before installing the systems”

“My air conditioning was fitted a year ago and the fitting process was quick and easy, although it did take me 8 months to find someone who would re-plaster and pàint the ceiling. Once I worked out the correct settings in order to get the full benefit from my air conditioning, I have been very pleased with it and during the summer it got a lot of use. I was given good notice of the upcoming service due date and given lots of appointment options to fit in with my availability. I was initially a bit nervous about going ahead with the installation, but I am so glad that I did it in the end. It was very useful visiting the showroom to see the choice of units, prior to making my decision. I chose the Toshiba designer units in the end, and am pleased I made that choice, even though the cost was a bit more.”

“It's been a year since I installed my AC through Urban Cooling and the process of installation, customer care and payment were nothing but excellent and outstanding. The only reason I did not provide a 5-star is because the low water pressure caused by the AC which resulted in the unit shut down is still not resolved yet. And I'm confident that it will be resolved soon by the excellent staff in the operation and maintenance division.”

“We had such an amazing experience with Urban Cooling. They were the 4th company I’d approached for a complex job or that was what I’d been told by all the others. Ian was very calm, straight talking and reassuring. Everything was taken care of smoothly and the work was carried out on time and all the mess cleared up as if they’d never been. A year later our Aircon is working perfectly and we have no hesitation to say we definitely used the right company. Also their quotes and final bill were the cheapest.”
