The sign I ordered was vastly overpriced. The quality was below expectations. The first order did not arrive , apparently damaged in transit . The replacement arrived speedily however. Customer service therefore good but the item ought to be a quarter of the price. I’m embarrassed to display it on my house.

I still not got my sign and you are looking for a pat on the back can you tell me how I can get my nameplate looking like I will have to take legal action will u stop making a fool of me I am getting in touch with amazon to let them no the terrible service u are giving

Customer service was horrendous. Received a faulty sign (which UK Sign Shop refused to acknowledged) and the lady in the CS chat took 10mn on average to reply back. I persisted but by 16:30 she apologized and hang up as it was their closing time. Rude! Never again with this company.

Sign broke in corner, so threw away as hard to prove with slate it wasn’t a fault and couldn’t be bothered to have the argument. Sad though, gorgeous sign

We ordered our house nameplate but still haven't got it because the delivery driver "hadn't been given our house name". Howzat for service.

Hi Julie Thank you for your review. We can see your order has not arrived due to the name of the property being missed from the delivery address at checkout when you placed the order. We have sent this over to the couriers to reattempt delivery and will be in touch once we hear back. Ordered a wall plaque on the 24th August up until today 4th September we are still waiting for it to arrive when it does I will update my review.

Hi Janet We can see your order was attempted for delivery twice, however was then returned to sender due to two unsuccessful deliveries. Our couriers are meant to attempt three times, so as a gesture of good will for the inconvenience, we have arranged a replacement for you as a matter of urgency. I received a completely different name shape and sign thanwhat I ordered even the receipt had the right name on iit very disappointed as can’t speak to someone for days about it

It is almost one month now since I placed my original order and I still do not have the two house numbers which I wanted. First ones arrived but made incorrectly, replacement set never arrived. I am still waiting for the corrected order. Very dissapointed.

Ordered a house sign on 4th August, chased the delivery when i was told it had left the company, not very helpful just said it was within timescale, had to query further that it doesn't take that long to come from kent to west Sussex, eventually told i didn't add a house number...no one in the village has one hence needing a house name plaque...eventually given tracking number, tracked today and it's going back to the sender, probably down to delivery but support has not been proactive

The service was good, but unfortunately, the product finish was not great. The letters are not aligned / centered (see photo) and therefore looks a bit amateur. The letters align on the right-hand side, but not on the left.

Nine days and sign not delivered after confirmation email saying it was dispatched on the 22nd July. According to your chat line it’s stuck ?

i would really love to review my purchase from you, but im still waiting to receive it your carriers dpd have not delivered it, they said it would be delivered on saturday between 14.00 and 15.00 i waited till 15.45 then had to go out when i returned the driver had left a card saying he hadf tried to deliver, i then got a message saying that they would try to deliver on sunday, im still waiting, the next message i got was saying they would deliver bt 22.00 on tuesday, im still waiting needless to say im far from impressed

Chips on the slate and gold not filled in properly. Told them and sent photos. They said its on the terms and conditions so couldn't do anything. Only got £4 back. Not happy Should have gone elsewhere

From looking into your emails with our customer care team, we can see the initial email showed a small piece of pyrite which is a completely natural element within the slate as stated on our website. You were offered a 10% refund as a gesture of goodwill which was immediately accepted. Our company has not been informed of any paint infill issues or other problems with the sign, as this would have been a separate issue and would have been looked into further if so.
