I would love to write a review of my house sign but unfortunately it has not been delivered to myself & furthermore the sellers nominated courier (Evri) are unable to tell me when it will be delivered despite requests for them to supply updates regarding delivery

The item has allegedly been despatched on 23rd November. It is now 3rd December and still no parcel. I don't understand why The UK Sign Shop uses Evri as a delivery courier, surely they are aware of Evris diabolical rating on the internet.

Hi Janet Thank you for your review. I have looked into this, and can see you had selected 111 on your sign details and then had stated this is not what youd ordered. You were unhappy with the way this was produced however we provide a live preview on our website to show our customers how the sign will look prior to purchase, and as this was exactly as per the artwork approved, we were unable to provide a free replacement or refund as requested. We had offered a discounted replacement, or a discount on the sign as we could tell you were not completely satisfied however have not had a response from you. Many thanks UK Sign Shop

False Delivery advice The company said they tried to deliver the sign. This was a lie. I was at home. My video doorbell and cameras show that no delivery attempt was made.

Cannot rate at moment as it won't be fitted until Christmas was disappointed in the package very flimsy just hope the sign will stand the test of time.

Can’t give NO STARS! They took my money quickly, but sign has still not arrived. Quicker and cheaper to go to local B&Q!

I ordered "Next Day Delivery" on Friday at 11.25 am and paid an additional £17.99. I expected my order on Saturday, as I ordered before 12 noon. I received an email mid afternoon, stating that the order was finished and had been collected by the courier. However, although DPD work on a Saturday, the fact that UK Sign Shop doesn't work, means that the order did not arrive until Monday (three days later). UK Sign Shop failed to make this clear when I received my order confirmation. The company should clearly state that orders placed before noon on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday, so it is a waste of money paying for Next Day Delivery. I fail to see how UK Sign Shop being closed on Saturday affects when DPD can deliver the goods. I won't use this company again. I was told by UK Sign Shop that this had never been an issue before - how can they be sure ? It's just that noone has complained about it and accepted shoddy service.

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch, as advised, we do not offer a next day delivery service I'm afraid, we offer a Next Working Day delivery option. As advised, the legal definition of next working day is stated as Monday to Friday. DPD may do business at the weekend, however the service that we offer with them is for a Next Working Day - As you purchased prior to noon on the Friday, the order was dispatched the same day, however, the delivery as advised on the website is the next working day. I can see that you received a partial refund of £5 as a gesture of goodwill as you were disappointed that the sign did not arrive on the Saturday even though the service was provided as described, as we have provided you with your order as described and within the stated timeframe, it is a shame that you felt that you have received a shoddy service. Not received my sign, had a shipment email over a week ago, chased it up to be told to wait until Friday this week, still not change on Evri tracking, very disappointing Why would I revise my view when you claim you delivered it within the timescale, that is just not true, replacement has been revived today and is still damaged, I rest my case.
