“The first sign sent had quite a few imperfections, so having contacted the UK Sign Shop explaining the sign sent was not representative of what was shown on the website, the customer service team sent a replacement as a gesture of good will. We are very pleased with the replacement sign, which is now proudly on the front of our house.”
