“I love the sign. I am very impressed by the workmanship. It is a 5 star product. However the delivery process was woeful, deserves no stars: - the parcel began it's journey about 130 miles from me. - it travelled around England from one carrier location to another - in all it travelled at least 620 miles on it's journey to me - it was delayed 3 times for no reason - it was delivered 12 days after being collected”

As the delivery was to the Isle of Wight, the carrier used a partner service in conjunction with Royal Mail, which can result in additional transit stages. However, the order was delivered within our stated 10 working day delivery timeframe.
