Very disappointed sign orderd weeks ago not been delivered yet. Unfortunately the delivery agent is Evri who are absolutely useless. A bit of advice to the UK Sign Shop,use another delivery company.

Hi Mick, Thank you for your review. I have looked into this for you and can see your order was placed on the 4th May, and was dispatched from us by the 5th May. Your order then took 7 working days to be delivered by Hermes and we state on our website that orders can take up to 10-12 working days to arrive with our standard delivery. Unfortunately my sign had a noticeable chip in the top left corner. I contacted UK signs to inform them of this. UK signs are unwilling to take the sign back and are insisting that I should accept the sign with the chipped corner and to disguise it with oil, which they are willing to send to me. This sign cost me £50. Disgraceful customer service. I would avoid this company.

I am still waiting for this sign. I was told that it is still with the carrier haven’t even made it to the courier yet and that’s after 10 days. Very poor

Hi Stuart, Thank you for your review! We are sorry to see your order has not arrived as of yet. We have looked into this and can see 'standard delivery' was chosen. Our website states - If you choose our standard delivery option at checkout, we'll have your items dispatched within 10 working days (2 weeks) from your order going into the studio. When it's ready to leave us, you'll receive an email notification letting you know it's on its way. Your postman will then deliver your order with 1-3 working days. This is showing to be on time, and due for delivery on the 11th May, which is our 7th working day in production, so this was sent ahead of schedule for you. The reason I have only entered 1 is due to the fact my order arrived wrong, when looking at the product & fittings I thought it strange so went to the fixing website & see my product completely wrong? Made a call was told to forward photos to their hotline!!! I have received a response asking if I still want the product??? I said yes if it's the one I originally ordered?? So that's we we are let's see how they respond to their oversite/mistake

Hi Anthony Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had some difficulty. Our policy states we require a photograph of the faulty/incorrect sign to be able to replace this or refund for you, however, I can see from our email thread, that the correct sign was sent, and unfortunately, the fixings were missed. Unable to review as the sign has not yet arrived - it was apparently dispatched on 27/4/22 but no ‘sign’ of it yet 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Sadly I have NEVER received my order!! I am still waiting for it to arrive more in hope than expectation!! Are you sure that you sent it? I ordered 1 and 4 in aluminium with adhesive but have not received either. I am not sure I would use you again or advise anyone else to do so! I cannot answer the rest of the questions as I haven't received anything to comment.

Nice sign, holes are too big for the screws supplied they need to be a larger head. I emailed the company who could not seem to understand what I was saying even with photos! Not worth the bother to keep emailing them so I have now bought the correct size screws. Shame about that otherwise I would have given more stars.

From looking into this, we can see the fixing kit provided with the sign was correct, and the drill holes on the sign are not showing to be too large for the fixing kit so this should have worked. Utterly appalling quality of goods and service. No adhesive in the order to use, had to chase three times to get sent out and it still hasn’t arrived. One of the numbers ordered was faulty refused to exchange or refund. Definitely would not recommend.

Hi I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product and service received. I have looked into this and can see that the adhesive was missing from the delivery which we are ever so sorry about. Replacement tape was arranged promptly for this. However in regards to the quality of the number, it was explained that once the film had been removed this would eliminate the frayed edge, and a follow-up photo was requested. However, both products were disposed of and no further photo was provided. Unfortunately, once the items were disposed of we were unable to proceed further in regards to the quality of the products received. Replacement tape was still arranged and has been dispatched as requested. However, if you are able to retrieve the items please email the customer care team and this can be investigated further. Hi Robin, I am sorry to hear that your order has not arrived yet. I have looked into this for you and can see that the delivery option chosen was standard delivery which is 7-10 working days. Your order was placed on the evening of the 10th of April and should therefore be with you by the 24th of April. From looking on the system, your parcel was packed and marked for dispatch ahead of schedule on the 14th but due to the couriers not collecting prior to our bank holiday closure, the order physically left us on the 19th. high delivery charges, slow to despatch (14 days from order to sending for a standard sign) and package arrived damaged and soiled. Sign itself ok for price, but once delivery charge factored in poor value. Would not use again.

I have looked into this and can see that your order was dispatched on the 13th of April and is with the couriers for delivery. It looks as though there may have been a hold-up with the couriers as there is a query in regards to your address. Sorry to have missed you card left but tracking says “delivered “ no way to contact courier because it’s Hermes I now have to demand my money back from the company for a non delivery

Really disappointed with this product and service, had my numbers delivered and they looked really odd, the colour didn't match. Got in touch, and asked for a refund as I wasn't happy, was told I can't have a refund as the product is not faulty, its 2 different grains of cuts from the metal, but as buying a pair of numbers the colour should match, they sent some new numbers out, but I should be able to have a refund if I am not happy with the product, which I wasn't.

Hi Stacey, Thank you for your review. From looking into this for you, I can see the order arrived in the correct condition with no damage or faults, and was installed by yourself before emailing us. We could see from the images provided that in certain lighting and reflections, the colours looked slightly different due to the grain being opposite on each number, and had offered to replace the whole order for you to ensure the grains were the correct way on both which was accepted. A great sign, but somehow I seem to have ordered the sign twice, once paid via credit card and again via Paypal at almost (within a minute) the same time. Don't know how that happened, other than a confusing payment page on your website perhaps? Either way I would have thought you might have queried the double order?

Thank you for your review. We advertise prior to purchase - Due to the nature of our personalised products, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. Please double-check that your order details are correct before proceeding. Unfortunately, as the order had been placed, made, sent and received before we were made aware of this, we were unable to stop production and unable to cancel the order due to this being personalised.
