“The sign was damaged when arrived but a replacement was supplied asap. Just a suggestion to have a message on any templates covered by a plastic covering to make the customer aware it needs removing. Nice sign & good service overall.”

“Loved the sign really stands out just the caps that cover the screws came off and was lost in the garden don't fit tight enough should supply extra”

“I was very impressed with the service I received from UK Sign Shop - communication and delivery time was excellent. The product itself I was less impressed with. I thought the black sign would be a rigid glossy material like some other signs I’ve purchased over the years. The product supplied is a soft material , dull almost Matt in appearance. It reminded me of some sort of recycled car tyres or something. Having said that, it meets my needs but I don’t think its appearance reflects its cost - but overall I’m happy with it.”

“Excellent, professional looking sign. Had an issue where I had someone else's sign delivered by mistake but was quickly rectified by customer service. Screws were a bit too wide for the supplied wall plugs but I used a few spare ones I had.”

“The sign is good but the solar light is unsuitable for the this design of sign. Mine is a clear plastic front with printed name on the reverse, offset from a metal background. The lamp only lights up half the sign properly. Moving the lamp up and down to try and correct it does not solve the problem. I suspect a greater offset from the wall or at an angle might help. Or perhaps a different design altogether with an led strip directly in the gap between acrylic and metal. Very satisfied with the sign though.”

“Ordered a personalised slate door number which was nicely engraved on a good piece of slate. It came 5 days after ordering which was great for a personalised item. Unfortunately the slate had a small chip off one of the front corners but otherwise was very good.”
