I was disappointed by the appearance of the material used on my recent order which was a staked house sign. I have no option to mount the house name other than to stake it. I found the wooden sign far too pricey and bulky to consider . Do you offer slate and again staked? Thank you.

Hi I am looking for a house sign like The Russet with a rough edge in slate. My gate post is 29 cm wide. Do the plaques ever measure less than 30cm or can you recommend another style? Regs Susan

Where is my order number 103049696 placed on the 17th August with expected delivery date 31st August. Has still not arrived on 5th September. I am not impressed with replies to my previous questions. Please reply to this query as I would prefer not to have to give you a bad review.

The sign I received wasn't supplied with fixings as promised. I asked what fixings I should buy and still haven't received a reply 6 days later so I think this lack of communication with customers is normal.
