Nothing positive to comment on this. The alignment of the two number was off set to the right. I think it’s done on the whole area of the number including the top tail but just looks squint. The fixing holes were also not square to the numbers. Poor attention to detail. This was for a rented property and I just didn’t have time or energy to address this. Picture says it all

Printing was not done squarely on the slate and when I complained I was brushed off twice. I was left with a wonky sign which was quite expensive but not really usable. I have since put the sign up on my property reluctantly, but every time I see it, it reminds of this poor customer service from this company.

The house name is not straight. I contacted the supplier to explain this and they told me they have a 3mm allowance which I was not aware of. Therefore the sign will not be getting used so a complete waste of money

The sign was so brittle it broke as it was being put up. I complained to your company and you ignored me. I had to get a refund through PayPal.

Hi Brian, We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the product received. From looking into this it appears that were not happy with the product because it was only a one paneled sign. This is because the option to choose the additional clear acrylic panel to turn this into a two paneled sign was not chosen. I can see that a resolution was provided to you by our customer care team. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, it appears that the sign has been overtightened upon installation, if you contact our customer care team, they will be happy to provide a reduced replacement for you if this is of interest to you. We recommend avoiding electric screwdrivers for installation also. Have a nice day!

Completely unusable, white paint not complete and letters so small the sign cannot be seen from a few metres away! Terrible quality not as advertised

Hi Melvyn We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product received. From looking at your order, I can see that the optimal layout for the sign purchased is a number and street name however due to the vast amount of text on the sign this does make the text smaller. We do provide a live preview on the website which shows you how the sign will look and is approved upon purchase. As this was approved, this was how your sign was printed. I can not locate any correspondence from yourself in regards to this so am unable to advise further. I received a different colour. I ordered a black background and white number but I received a grey background and it didn't look the same as the photo when I purchased the Item. I am very disappointed with the service.

Dimensions of text were considerably off centre, obvious to the eye. Considering it had been in the design shop for almost a week! Customer service was very good and very quick to re make replacement sign however, although there was an improvement the text was still off centre. Would not order again from UK sign shop. I think they would benefit f try on the purchase of a quality ruler. Jackie Shepherd

There is too much spacing between the first and second number on the sign that I ordered. Also never came with any screws or screw caps.

We offer a live preview function on the website to allow our customers to view the layout and positioning of the sign details prior to purchase. I can confirm that the live preview matches the artwork and the print as it appears on your sign. It is purely the font type chosen that has slightly larger spacing, however there are other font options available that have smaller spacing or equal spacing. When sign eventually turned up nearly 3 weeks later, even though paid slot for delivery, it had part of letter missing. Had to touch up with tipex. Very disappointed ☹️ Need another one doing for my house so will go elsewhere.

What a complete letdown this product was a complete rip off. I paid for my door sign to be treated to keep out the weather, what a joke, after 4 days the paint started to blister then it started to peel off I cannot believe that this company has the audacity to charge sky high prices for a very shoddy product

Door sign came with a visible scratch, customer service was poor they refused to send us a replacement.

Hi Aidan, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product and service received. Having looked into this, we can see that your sign came with a small deposit of pyrite which is a natural impurity in the slate material and is very common. It is shown and detailed on our website. Our customer service team advised of this and that a replacement is likely to also contain pyrite due to slate being a natural material. So small unreadable from 20 ft looks very cheap and nasty. Sent it straight back. Doubt if I will get a credit. Not as big as shown in picture. PS Did not get a credit, or even an email.

Hi Michael We are sad to hear that you are unhappy with the product received. Having reviewed the correspondence between yourself and our customer care team I can confirm that the sign purchased was a 3mm acrylic panel and what was received sounded exactly as described on the website. However, we advised you that as the product is a personalised item, returns need to be authorised and to send a full front facing image of the sign received so that we could conclude if the sign received was as pictured.
