Hi Keith, Thank you for getting in touch. We're sorry to see the small mark on your sign, though it's difficult to determine the nature of the marking from the images provided. As mentioned in our previous communications, and in line with our Terms and Conditions, any damage must be reported prior to installation. Once a product has been installed, it becomes difficult for us to assess whether any issue occurred during delivery or during the installation process. I've ordered two of these ceramic plaques with the same primrose design on both. The first one I received was perfect with a nice glossy design on the front and a smooth surface on the back of the ceramic. The second order however was not the same quality. It had a matt dull looking design on the front. Not glossed over, also the back of the ceramic uneven and slightly damaged. I have emailed them about it but they won't replace it. I have attached the photographs of both plaques (1 and 25) for comparison.

We are not happy with our sign . It came three days late which is acceptable in some cases. What’s not acceptable is the quality . I’ll upload photos showing the finish to the edge of the design.

We can confirm that your sign was dispatched within 5 working days, which is well within our standard lead time. Our records also show that it was delivered within 9 working days, just one day outside the expected timeframe. This appears to be due to a small delay with the courier which we apologise for. Regarding the quality concerns, we’ve reviewed the photo you uploaded and it appears the protective film on the front of the sign has not yet been removed. This film is applied to protect the surface during transit, and once peeled off, the edging and finish should appear as intended. After paying £36.99 for a sign I would expect it come with all the fittings needed as displayed in the picture. Find it misleading and its caused me having a headache with wrong coloured screws in the sign which look awful. Its going go cost me more money getting this changed.

Ordered house number plate. Delivered in 9 days tho they charged delivery fee. The plate came with double tape on the back and no other fittings. I tried to reach through chat its just a bot. Emailed them the details their emails are bouncing back and not delivering. Every time I sent them an email it bounce back. Clearly a scam company!! How am I supposed to stick a number plate on a rough brick surface with double tape?

Hi Syed, Thank you for your feedback To confirm, the sign that you have purchased doesn't come with screws, it comes with magic tape as advised in the "What's Included" section on the product page. Just a bit rubbish. Charge an extra £5 for a small adjustment. I called 9am on the Monday morning after placing the order 11pm on the Sunday night. I also sent an e mail.

Poor communication about how the construction of the vinyl would be made making it almost impossible to apply and it became an expensive mess. Customer service afterward fell short and essentially told me I was to blame.

From looking into this, the product was as per the mock-up provided to you. It appears that it was an installation error I'm afraid. It is always worth hiring a professional to install if it is not something that you are knowledgeable in. Our customer service team did advise that if you wish to have a new sign designed differently then communications with our commercial team would be needed. Disgraceful customer service and communication. I sent 3 emails informing that I had bought a sign and a solar light and the light was less than 3 months old and was faulty. No one replied to me initially, so I ordered a new light myself. Rather than replying to my 3 email of complaint, I received a reply stating my light was now dispatched and should be delivered soon. No offer to refund me or send the light free of charge. Absolute disgrace and I shall never use this company again. Embarassing.

The sign cracked as I went to screw it into the wall. The numbers are engraved and this made the product very thin and weak. The fixings are very poor as well. I expected it to be much better quality for the price.

Unfortunately not great, their first attempt at a sign was simply appalling and totally incorrect in layout and grammar and spelling and t took quite some follow up and pushing by us to finally recieve a correctly worded and correctly laid-out sign which is actually good, but we definitely would not use this company again.

I can see that you had a large amount of text on the sign for deep engraving and the text was too small to weed and that letters were missed in the process due to the size of the text as there would usually be a house number and street name, however, I can see that a designer amended the artwork to enlarge this for a replacement for you. I'm glad that were were able to resolve this for you and that you were pleased with the final design - thank you for your custom

Disappointed with my sign. I selected the larger one to accommodate the three line ie house names, house number, and street name, sadly the text didn't fill up the sign and it looks as though it should be on the smaller size. I enquired with customer services and got a short swift response stating 'you were supplied with an illustration' when I explained that I thought that it was just for proof reading and surely no one would order a sign with such small writing, I was told that there is nothing they can do. So be warned ordering 'as displayed' does not necessarily get the look that is advertised
