Absolutely awful. Still not arrived and ordered over 2 weeks ago. Had to contact their chat 3 times already and just keep saying I it’s on its way.. Been shipping for 10 days already so must have gone the long way round?

Hi Sarah, We are sorry to hear that the couriers were delayed in delivering your order. We do advise on our website that deliveries can take longer during busier periods, especially around Christmas. In addition to this, due to the Royal Mail postal strikes, a lot of other couriers were under a lot of additional pressure. Unfortunately my opinion is very poor with regards to UK sign shop , I have received my order twice and each time the sign has been delivered in pieces, probably happened in transit but its something that will have to be looked at to have the sign delivered in a better package system to avoid this happening in the future.

Received a sign I’ve messaged to say it’s damaged on 2 corners there telling me it’s not as it’s slate. You can clearly see 2 corners are broken

Hi We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with the product received. From the images provided I can see that your order was for a naturally chipped edge slate sign which has a chipped edging and due to this no one corner will look the same as the other. Small fragments can also become loose from the layers of slate but this does not usually affect the appearance and durability of the sign. The website is very misleading. I ordered from the picture on the site at a cost of £30. When the item came it was nothing like the picture I queried it and the customer advisor said I should have ticked a small box to get the one in the picture. She said she could send me a top plate at another £16.99. I refused and will shop elsewhere. Buyers beware

On our website, we advertise twice that the display image has a clear front panel, and when personalising, the clear front panel has to be selected as yes or no, in which this was selected 'no' We have offered to send a clear front panel with print for you at a discounted cost however this has been refused. I ordered a house sign on the 18th November, it was shipped on 28th, received by the courier Evri on the 29th and was still at the delivery bay on 1st December. I have been speaking online to the sign shop who keep telling me if it hasn't arrived by the end of the week to contact them, which I did and still no sign. The customer service is not good and all I want is my house sign. Will I use this company again, probably not.
