“Ceramic house sign looks great using a photo from their library but wanted to use my own clipart which the website said was possible- unfortunately after a live chat with a robot ( which told me how to download my image - untrue - I phoned and was told it wasn’t possible to personalise a sign . “ Chatbott doesn’t know everything “ was the response!! Then please change your website and sack the robot !!! Otherwise happy 😃”
