“After several emails to uk sign shop I’m still waiting for my order. Apparently Amazon returned the parcel to them stating it was undeliverable?? I’m left with no item and having to pay a further shipping fee if I want to obtain my delivery! I am not happy !”

“Happy enough with my order. Though, wish I knew how to ask for larger print size in the online page. Maybe I should've just picked up the phone. But by and large I have no complaint. It's up on the door and looks just fine.”

“Sadly we had two attempts at receiving our sign, the first had the holes already drilled which were not level, one visibly higher than the other. On receiving our replacement sign it was exactly the same as the first sign. Obviously a problem in production and I’m sure we’re not the only customer experiencing this problem”
