“The sign is great but the fitting instructions were completely wrong. Drilled where the holes said to drill and the sign doesn’t fit on them. I have had to re drill in the correct place meaning I now have a hole in my wall next to the sign. Have emailed about this but had no response.”

After you contacted us, a replacement was offered; however, as the sign had already been re-drilled and installed, we discussed an alternative resolution. A 50% refund was then offered to cover the cost of remedial work, which was accepted and has since been processed.
