“Reasonable quality product shipped in good time but I’ve now asked 4 times for a copy of the vat invoice and still haven’t received it despite being told it’s been sent... Things really shouldn’t be this hard, why not just put a copy in the box if emailing it is too difficult!?”

“Hmmm was a very very difficult experience withe the site not being clear about next day delivery....valves in a week but everything else next day...and then the payment not working on site until I was was forced to use paypal....despite talking to my card issuer to make sure there was no problem TWICE”
