Ordered radiator parts over 5 months ago. At time of order no indication was given that this would occur. I have to chase for updates and only option is a refund even though other matching accessories provided. So not feasible. Costing us in build delays as a result. Frustrating and disappointed

Hello Vinesh, I am very sorry that we have not yet been able to dispatch a part of your order, it is always upsetting for everyone involved when an out-of-stock item is delayed further, unfortunately, we are not able to predict such a delay. I can see that we emailed you to advise you of this delay. There had not been any change to this new date, so we had no reason to contact you further. I can see that this has been escalated to our Director, who is checking the progress with the supplier and that the item is due to soon be available to meet the revised date. Kind regards, James

I can’t fault the radiators, they look beautiful. However, the delivery of the accompanying feet was atrocious, waiting over two months for them lead to the delaying of my renovation, putting tradespeople and myself out. No mention until you place the order. By which time they have you by the short and curlies and don’t want to compensate you for your wait either, whilst they’ve held onto your money…

Radiator was fine. Valves box was bust open...and one straight valve and a 90deg valve was inside, clearly nobody had checked before sending.

The radiator has arrive yet the feet have been delayed twice to over two month later than the initial delivery date. As they can’t really be retro- fitted I wish I’d never placed the order in the first instance.

Hello Heather, I am so sorry that there has been a one month delay with the due date of the radiator feet. It is always disappointing when an item on backorder is delayed. Our Director has been made aware of this delay and has been in discussion with the supplier to see if there is any way that this can be brought forward, and also to ensure that there is not any further delay on this. the radiator style was what we wanted but when fitted there was a leak which delayed the builders and plumber the customer service was not good due to one department taking the complaint and passing it to another team to organise a replacement this could be more efficient by having one team to deal with the customer and give some kind of assurance that a replacement is on the way. your system is disjointed and could do with some improvement.

As you are aware, we raised a replacement order yesterday once you advised us of the issue and this was delivered to you this morning. Nothing wrong with the company as such, it's just that when the 1st radiator arrived, it seemed very well packed.....But upon unpacking it I found it to be bent badly. No way could I fit this, I took some photos, shoeing the bend (it looked like it had been dragged from one end and the other had dropped! bending it) I contacted the company via email with the attached pictures and they responded quickly and efficiently. They posted out a replacement....no problem (did not require the other one back) The replacement arrived at my parents address to save me taking it over myself. Upon unpacking the replacement, thou better and usable, it wasn't perfect 😞 No matter how well it seems to be packed the top and side trims were again a little bent and creased. Also in the sealed plastic bag, it didn't have the correct amount of fixings for the three mounting brackets, but because I had to bags now I had more than enough to get the Radiator fixed to the wall. But just be aware of this.

Hello Antony, I am so very sorry to hear that the radiator arrived in an un-useable condition, and that the replacement was not perfect either. We will pass your comments onto the supplier so that they are aware and to see if they can use this to improve on the packaging as this, of course, is not ideal for any of us. If the top and side panels do have some bends/dents in them then please let our customer service team know as we may be able to send out replacements for this (not the whole radiator). Unit arrived 4 months late and with a damaged heating element. Whilst I can accept that this is due to supplier problems the filling instruction were for a different unit and despite various phone calls end emails I still do not have the correct instructions. Overall the unit looks great and good value and apppart from the matter of incorrect instructions customer service has been good.

Ordered this product and it didn’t arrive contacted the company and it was lost in transit fair enough! They said would send a new order out and would be with us on the 10th feb and still haven’t received the product yet.

Hello, I am sorry that there was an issue with your delivery. I can see that your order is showing as delivered on 17th November. You contacted us on the 22nd to advise that items were missing, which we dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. bought a rad - it was the wrong size (my fault). Sent it back - great service. Ordered a new one - it was out of stock - due in 2 weeks. That would have meant it should be in stock mid-Nov. Heard NOTHING. No rad has turned up. No updates. So not recommending.

I'm afraid UKRadiators didn't do very well. Within a couple of days of ordering, the proposed delivery date of the ordered radiator was extended by a month, which was unacceptable for us. It just meant messing about and wasting precious time emailing and finding another one elsewhere etc. On a positive note, the valves ordered arrived very quickly, and were priced very competitively.

Not opened yet I’m still awaiting delivery of the other items which keeps getting put back which is very frustrating and now the valves aren’t expected until November !!

The radiator was damage when it arrived and the box it came it badly damaged I called immediately to inform you & was told the product would be replaced. I was surprised to find that instead of a new radiator you sent me the replacement part of me to fix........ I personally think a new replacement radiator would have been the correct thing to do.

Radiator is lovely. Service has been really disappointing. Original website timescale not met and no updates given and then courier lost one of the radiators.

Good radiators but poor delivery service. Ordered 2 radiators. Only 1 was ordered. Was told that the delivery company was not able to locate the 2nd one. A replacement was ordered and same outcome. Now they haven't got any more in stock to order another. Wonder why.
