“Lovely radiator however this was purchased as it was advertised as a horizontal radiator. Upon opening the box we saw it only included vertical brackets and we are looking at spending an extra £50 on horizontal brackets. How can you advertise as horizontal but not include the right brackets? Very poor.”

Hello Stacey, Thank you for your review. I have looked into your order and can see that this radiator ordered can be installed either vertically or horizontally. We supply the brackets for a horizontal installation in a separate package which I can see was delivered at the same time as the radiator, there is no need to purchase any other kind of brackets. “I like the fact that it stands concave to the wall which means thicker towels will tuck in behind the radiator. It’s the only heat source in the bathroom and it’s enough so I’m happy. Most of all I love the colour”
