“What a breath of fresh air this company is. Ordered some radiator valves that arrived promptly. Very impressed with the quality of the valves but unfortunately the wrong style so had to return them. Excellent response to all emails, return very easy and all money refunded. I will be using them for anything plumbing in future for sure. 👍”

“it's a very nice towel rail but what I ordered wasn't suitable for my purpose. I would have returned it but my husband unwrapped it and destroyed the packaging !”
