“Very prompt shipment. Well packaged, first radiator seemed good quality for the money. The second not so much, brackets on the back not straight (twisted) making it hard to level the rad. The radiator is not flush across the base, uneven "planks" bit of a rough finish/quality over all (see pics)”

I can see you chose a return for a full refund, rather than a replacement and having checked, I can see that this has been refunded in full. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the courier service provider, unfortunately, it appears that they had an issue locating the property on the first attempt, however, I can see they collected successfully the second time and you advised us that the driver apologised for the previous issue. “Our dealings with UK Radiators was extremely positive. We found the web site easy to navigate and once we had selected our radiator the ordering process was straightforward and delivery was very quick. The radiator is fitted and works as described. A good experience all round.”
