“Uk radiators is an excellent company. Products are wonderful and reasonable. Only problem was the delivery company DX. Told me on 3 separate days that the parcel was being delivered. Nothing worse than waiting around all day t for it not to turn up 😫”

“Great value item (Aston 1400x500 heated towel rail with 25 year guarantee)- picked it up in the sale, plus an additional discount as my first order - which I ordered in the afternoon, and delivered the next day by courier free of charge - fantastic service. Item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Installer was a little confused by the way the item fixed to the wall, and some of the contents seemed to be already fixed to the radiator rather than in the bag of items listed, but overall it was all there, and is fixed to the wall and working. The grub screws which are screwed in to place using a 2.5mm Allen Key refuse to go all the way in, and stick out quite a way, which spoils the look a little aesthetically, but you probably wouldn't notice unless you are a picky so and so like ne!”

“I found the service and products excellent and will come back to this company for further products. I particularly valued the no time limit returns as I have found that engineers can often take longer than expected to finish the job. I also had to make a call to the company to seek advice and I was able to do this with ease.”

“Lovely tall wall radiator. Ordered on a Wednesday, arrived Friday. Not a mark on it. Website said 38kg weight, I would say less than half that. Has a gas engineer install. Gets lovely and hot”
