“Placed order for radiator and valves. Plumber said I had the wrong valves. Ordered the correct ones. Phone uk radiator customer service. 💯 great. Told me how to return and they also refund the postage. Can’t get better than that 👍”

“Bought several radiators from UK Radiators recently and had a faulty grill due to the deliverer. On reporting this to customer services they immediately sent a replacement which arrived within several days of my informing them.”

“The radiator arrived well before its installation date so it wasn't examined before install. On the day of the intended installation, I found that the brackets were rusted and paint chipped. I contacted the company who sent out a full new box of brackets, Infortunately these were damaged as well however I could salvage four of the best. I decided to video the unboxing of the radiator just in case but it was fine. Everything is up and running and looking great. I can't blame the company for the brackets as this appears to be an independent supplier. Customer service was spot on and nothing was a problem. I would be stopping off at this shop again when the need arises.”
