“I have been very impressed with uk radiators from ordering to the delivery it was 1st class My new electric radiator thermostat element was very stylish and well made and really looks the part I would definitely recommend and use uk radiators again”

“Ordering and delivery and being kept updated was excellent. When we checked them we noticed one was slightly damaged. Plumber already booked so didn’t have time to change. Please see photos of the damaged grill on the 1400 radiator.”

Hello Stephen, I am very sorry to see that the radiator has some damage. We have arranged for a replacement top grille to be sent to you to replace this. This part can be swapped over easily without the need for a plumber. I hope that this helps to rectify the issue. Kind regards, James

“Unfortunately the radiator was damaged when it arrived, it looked as tho this was before it was dispatched, due to the packaging. I did contact Uk Radiators where I received a partial refund and that was all very quick. Upon installation we found the radiator to have further damage, this time the slats are staged. We had no option but to instal it as it was cold and also Easter.”
