“The radiator arrived on time. It corresponded to the picture on the site. It was very, very well packaged, so I doubt someone will ever receive a scratched radiator. I believe the screws were too big for my radiator size, but maybe they send the same screws in every package to be able to fit any radiator size.”

“Ordered designer black vertical radiator which arrived safely. However we found it was much too heavy for our studded wall so we had to return it. We had the original packing so it was collected and refunded within the week. Full marks for sales dept. Noted that there was no advice available re fixing sadly.”

“If you order of this company ignore the quoted 5-7 day delivery. They do not hold stock of all sizes and delivery is dependant on when they get it from their supplier. Communication is poor within the company as well where it seems they just email each other as I found out on the telephone when I asked to speak to someone else.”

Hello David, Thank you for your review of your experience. I am very sorry that you faced a longer-than-expected delivery wait, I understand how these issues can cause frustration. We are committed to providing the best service we possibly can and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. As a gesture of goodwill for the delay, we have raised a 15% refund, which will be processed against your payment method. With a selection of products that we purchase in from other UK manufacturers, it is correct that we don't hold stock at our premises, however, we do have direct access to the stock holdings from these suppliers and the stock status on our website is live and up to date. For these products, we do hit the expected 5-7 day window on a very high majority of orders, unfortunately, this was not the case for your order. All UK Radiators products are held in stock at our premises. We communicate within the company by several methods, one of which is email, although it is not our most common method for issues such as these. “Not impressed. Radiator accidentally sent to wrong address. It took over 2 weeks for UK Radiators to track down the radiator and issue refund. Would never use again.”

Hello, I am sorry that you experienced what you felt to be a bad experience with us. From your communication with us, I can see that when the order was placed, that an old address of yours was used by you by accident, you made us aware of this a week after ordering by which point the order had already been dispatched. We queried this with the courier system, who had advised that the recipient at this address had refused delivery of this, and that it would be returned to us. We made you aware of this, and as you still wanted the radiator we advised that we would raise a replacement. Unfortunately we were now out of stock of this size, so we would have to wait for this radiator to be returned to us by the courier, so we could check it and re-send to your correct address. Returned items are not a priority for couriers, and within one week we had received two messages from you threatening us with Trading Standards and legal action if we did not dispatch your item or issue a refund. As we did not have the item back yet, we followed your request to raise a refund, one week after you advised us of the address issue. I am very sorry that we could not get this radiator to you quicker, however it stresses the importance of checking all details are correct before submitting an order, and also checking your order confirmation email. “Very stylish radiator at a reasonable price. Looks great. Shame the price of the valves wasn't as good & I had to order them from another site. Delivery was held up too but they kept me well-informed”
