“I order a radiator and it arrived within a few days. Excellent product. Nicely wrapped so no damage in transit. They did not have the valves i needed but they gave me a good alternative. I did want a refund on the valves which was processed quickly. Highly recommended.”

“Great service and price. The quality of the radiators seem really good. The only issue I have had is with the anthracite valves. I've now had 4 pairs which have arrived badly scratched. The valves have always been replaced really quickly, customer care I have received has been really good. Its just annoying that I've had to wait for replacement valves so many times.”

“The supplied small radiators arrived when expected and were installed in a large wardrobe using the kit supplied. The performance has been exactly as expected, no snags. Good service from UK radiators. Having this size of radiators in stock was very convenient. (and at a reasonable price).”

“Your company was recommended by my kitchen fitter. The web site is excellent and easy to use and the ordering process very simple. “Great value for money. Unfortunately I couldn't give a 5 star because I have yet to receive all of my items. If I had known it was out of stock when buying then I could have gone elsewhere to buy my radiators for a quick delivery. I'm still waiting for the rest of the orders,which has really delayed the work being done in my house.”

“After being advised for the wrong product, then it took 2 weeks to follow up on how to return, and now 4 weeks I am still waiting for the refund. Extremely disappointed!”

“Towel rail of very good quality arrived with unfortunate, misaligned threads for the valves. We received excellent customer service with a prompt, (quality control checked prior to despatch) replacement, with good communication throughout - and without being required to return faulty item. In spite of the issue, as it was dealt with so efficiently and courteously I would definitely use UK radiators again. Exemplary customer care. Well done and thank you.”

“My radiator arrived promptly. However, your website allowed me to order and pay for the necessary valves and only later did I receive an email telling me that they won’t be available until early April - about eight weeks later than anticipated. This is most disappointing!”
