“Radiators are great, but not your delivery company. Rang me to open the gate and then left them there without a word. The gate is approximately 30metres from my house.”

“I will give 5 star for overall, despite I had small issue. But the response I got to sort that was very swift, so no issue. Simple to order , quick delivery, excellent customer support. If you face any issue , team is very helpful. Will use again if need to”

“Super radiator - delivered promptly and with all the fittings required. It also looked exactly like the photos! If I had a comment about the design it would be that something fitting closer to the wall - even 1 or 2 cm closer would be good, but I can see that it would be quite a lot of extra stress on the fittings if it were shorter. So, all in all, super happy.”

“Radiators look great, feel very solid/good quality and work really nicely, they do take a bit longer than traditional radiators but they definitely stay/keep the rooms warmer for longer. Radiators aside, the customer care was second to none. They were shipped and delivered to the Channel Islands quicker than I could get them delivered from a local shop and when I had a delivery that went missing over Christmas, all it took was one quick phone call and the support was brilliant with a new parcel being sent straight out!”

“Lovely looking radiator - I've had nothing but trouble with the fittings though. The BSPT tapered thread adapters screwed straight through into the radiator body without tightening up (even using almost all of the plumber's tape). One or the other seems to be the wrong size. We needed to source replacement parts to get it to work. Very frustrating and a couple of days of emptying pans whilst various solutions were attempted. Customer support was through chatbot, and then a return email the next day (that option isn't given in the customer service feedback section)”
