“Great quality parts with great support. Ordered a towel radiator with specific size. The radiator was priced very well along with a long garuntee. I had also orderd valves to match. On arrival the valves were damaged and uk radiators did not hesitate to send a new set. There delivery and service is impeccable. Already planning the next order. Thank you”

“The T junction support to fix the wall hung radiator, sheared when my plumber tried to attach it to the wall. A trip to Screwfix to buy a more robust, reliable part & more expense resulted. Your part was not fit for purpose. I’d be delighted if you recompense me. Thank you.”

A T-Junction is usually used for installing a valve and element for dual fuel, not for attaching to the wall. “We received the radiator in good time and it was great - perfect even, apart from dodgy plumber/carpenter combo which means we actually can’t fit the radiator where we want to! So, UK radiators have taken it back and their customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and we will definitely use them again.”
