“Lovely radiator valve , waited weeks for it however colour not the same as advertised on website . Shame sending it back . Company going to update pictures to reflect true colour of wood on valve”

“I recently ordered two black Thetford Thermostatic Radiators (600 mmx560mm) for a front hallway. I'm delighted with them. It seems silly to be ecstatic over radiators, but they look fantastic, heat very well and changed the look of the front hall. I originally ordered two Talus Flair Thermostatic valves to go with them, but I purchased the wrong ones (curved instead of straight). My installers told me of my error and off their own bat, purchased two straight ones. So I returned mine to UK Radiators and promptly received a refund with no hassle. I delightful experience and I would be happy to purchase from them again when I next need radiators.”

“Brilliant service. Quick delivery at a very good price.We had to replace a radiator which was above the door into the conservatory. Yes that's right it was at roof level !!!. We only had 320 mm of wall space and this radiator fitted the bill perfectly. We now spend a lot more time in the conservatory.”

“Delivery was fine, but unfortunately when I wanted to return the item the problems started. Then could only say that the item would be collected between 8am and 6pm, couldn’t give me a time slot or a number for the courier. It then took 6 days before the item was collected (every day I was being told it would be between 8am and 6pm) which I thought was really poor.”
