“This company seems to take a lot of care over customers - quick and helpful responses to queries and where a small part was found to be missing, replacements were sent the following day. The product, a 600W electric towel rail I assembled and tested (in Hot weather) and found it excelled at its job and retained the heat. Ought to perform very well when needed during the cold spells. Can’t fault them at all. In fact I can unreservedly recommend them.”

“Having spent £300 on radiator valves with decorative finishes I would have expected they would be delivered in a cardboard box of adequate strength with appropriate packaging. Instead they arrived taped up in a plastic bag. Unsatisfactory!”

“A very smart black talus radiator and matching valves and sleeves were delivered promptly and with care. It looks absolutely fabulous against the agean coloured walls in my new kitchen/dining room.
