“Ordered a set of the anthracite radiator pipe covers. I have to be honest and say I mis-read the description (my fault). I thought they were just rap around covers, but no they are actually metal sleeves to go over the pipes. I was so impressed with them, they instead of not using them we have decided to change the radiator to a matching anthracite colour one. I would highly recommend these products.”

“I’ve recently bought horizontal radiators which are clearly marked on the box but there are only vertical brackets and nowhere to buy the horizontal ones on your website. You should sell them with horizontal brackets if the box says horizontal.”

Hello, I can confirm that all of our horizontal radiators are supplied with horizontal brackets (as well as the vertical brackets). “This is the second time we have bought from UK Radiators. The online service is excellent, very easy to navigate. Delivery is extremely speedy and you are kept informed. the radiators are of excellent quality and finish. The first one we fitted is performing well, the new ones are still to be fitted, but I'm sure we won't be disappointed. The first radiator has now been working for 2/3 months, very little use because of the weather. However we are beginning to notice small cracks in the paint at the top of a few columns. Very surprised about this and somewhat disappointed. See photos.”

“I purchased a Terma immersion heater for a towel rail through UKRadiators. At present I can only rate the purchase and delivery as I have not yet installed the immersion heater. The process of purchase was OK and did not cause any difficulties. The delivery was longer then expected but did not cause difficulty as I was not ready for the item anyway. The level of communication during the period of purchase to delivery was not great. I cannot recall receiving any information about the delivery date and I have no idea of the company that delivered it as they were in a plain van.”

“Radiators are fine but service was not good Ordered 4 radiators which were all showing in stock I have received 3 of the radiators in 2 separate deliveries with 1 more yet to be delivered resulting in me having to wait in for 3 days as the delivery company do not give any indication of time”

Hello Kevin, I am sorry for any confusion experienced with your order. I have investigated this and it looks like when you placed the order 3 of the 4 radiators were not available, as stated in your order confirmation email. It is possible that when adding these to your basket they may have been in stock, but then if you checked out at a later stage they may have since sold. I can advise that we also emailed you within 20 minutes of you placing your order to ensure you were aware of the due dates for the out-of-stock items and to confirm we would send each item as it became available. We did not appear to hear anything from you. I apologise that you are having to wait in for each delivery, and for any misunderstanding with this. “UK radiators are good because they had exactly what I wanted in stock at a very attractive price. When I placed the order they moved quickly to deliver it to me and they used a carrier with a very helpful driver who helped me bring the heavy radiator right into the house. It was well packed to avoid damage and exactly as described on their website. They also give useful information on the website. I recommend UK radiators and I will be using them again myself now that I have had experience of their service.”

“Excellent quality, delivered fast. I wasn’t expecting the radiator to be polished like chrome so I bought the valves nickel plated and chrome plated would have matched better but I didn’t have time to swap them. The still look great, very happy”
