“Bought online and I was very impressed with the service. The radiators came on time, extremely well packaged and as I replaced like for like I was able to install myself. Overall very pleased with the service and if need be would be happy to purchase from this company again.”

“First radiator arrived damaged, so a new one was agreed. Was told on numerous occasions that it was on its way, only to find out that this was not the case. After chasing many times, eventually a replacement arrived , and this was also damaged, albeit minor damage to a side panel. A replacement panel is on its way, ( so I am told). So I await to see if this arrives intact. Poor product, poor shipping, and poor communication. Will not use again”

Hello Mark, I am very sorry to hear of the issues with your order. It is always disappointing and frustrating when a delivery arrives with damage. I can see that a replacement was processed for this and that our QC checks, unfortunately, flagged the replacement as unsuitable, therefore we had to arrange for another to be sent from the supplier which caused a delay. I do apologise that this delay was not relayed to you, we are making a change to our system to improve on this should this situation arise again. “Ok, so, not had much luck with vertical radiators lately. Following a disastrous experience with some Reina aluminium vertical rads, (not from UK Radiators), that cost me the best part of £700, (I will never buy another Reina product), I turned to UK Radiators to find some suitable replacements. I ordered some Typhoon steel rads but the supplier still hadn't supplied them 6 months later! Not UK Rads fault, of course, and they kept me informed, however my patience wore out and I cancelled the order which was quickly refunded. I then ordered some Thetford radiators which were delivered quickly but were poorly finished and had to be returned - review of them to follow. Again UK Rads were quick to collect and quick to refund my order. Finally I ordered some Omeara verticals which are now fitted and working perfectly. All through all of this the guys at UK Rads have remained polite and handled everything quickly and efficiently Thanks.”

“Omeara - Anthracite Vertical Radiator H1400mm x W290mm Single Panel. Good looking radiator and exceptionally well packed for transport. All looks and feels like a quality product. Hanging brackets are left and right-handed so you can hide the fixing screws. Light rust inside which shows they perform a factory pressure test. Altogether I'm very happy, will buy Omeara from UK Radiators again.”
