“Excellent company to deal with, although in this instance I only required rad valves (very nice too) I have previously bought radiators from them. Everything I have bought from them has been superb quality and the delivery (next day) is quite outstanding. Would not go anywhere else for future heating requirements.”

“Good website , lots of information and reasonable prices. Very unhappy about delivery though. I had a all in the morning from the driver telling that was 10 mins away from our delivery address . I wasn’t expect the delivery on that day until the phone call. This didn’t happened this time only but on the other other before. It iis very off putting to be honest, and I don’t think we will place anther order with UK radiator again.”

We do send a dispatch email once the goods have been packed in our warehouse which contains the tracking information. The courier also sends an email to confirm when delivery is due to take place, maybe you overlooked this email? Regardless, we do not want the delivery to leave a bad taste in your mouth and would love for you to shop with us again. “Ordered this product and it didn’t arrive contacted the company and it was lost in transit fair enough! They said would send a new order out and would be with us on the 10th feb and still haven’t received the product yet.”

“Excellent service. I was pleased with the stainless steel towel rail, it was too replace a chrome plated one that was showing rust signs. As a retired plumber of over fifty years I will recommend Uk radiators to others.”
