“Ordered a heated towel rail, good price quick delivery. After it was installed, it turned out that the thermostat control was faulty. Contacted UKRadiators to explain. They replied quickly and asked some questions about the installation and requested a video showing the problem. Once they'd seen it, they dispatched a replacement thermostat which arrived the next day. So pleased with the service received and the radiator.”

“Radiator seems fairly good quality, the brackets aren’t the best at holding it fully secure as their fairly shallow. The silicon sleeve to go on the brackets would be much better being colour matched rather than white with a black radiator. Service was very good although the radiator and valves got lost after being despatched and no one could tell me where they were and when they would turn up. When it did finally turn up, it was completely out of the blue and the valves were missing. I ended up ordering valves from another heating supplier that I use and they turned up next day with no troubles.”

I am very sorry to hear that the valves went missing with the courier, it is always disappointing when this happens, however, we do have a protocol to follow should this happen, as the courier can usually locate the item and get it to you, quicker and more easily than sending another. “Fantastic service. I needed some last minute accessories as my heating engineer was available for an extra couple of days. UK Radiators promised next day delivery and they certainly delivered. Have used them before and more than happy to recommend their service and quality of fittings.”
