“Dealing with the product itself, the radiator we bought, certainly according to our plumber, was very good quality, and excellent finish, but more importantly, will deliver what we need it to do... Ordering was simple and the description of each product was exactly what we needed to know making choice that much easier. Delivery was also very quick, as was delivered inside 3 working days. Well packaged and protected very well. First time we have used these guys, but experience has been excellent, so happy to reccomend them.”

“Good sturdy radiator and well made, only downside is that the brackets were bent and I had to staighten them as they are only thin and flimsy, thinner than my existing radiator brackets. But overall looks good when fitted.”

“Unit arrived 4 months late and with a damaged heating element. Whilst I can accept that this is due to supplier problems the filling instruction were for a different unit and despite various phone calls end emails I still do not have the correct instructions. Overall the unit looks great and good value and apppart from the matter of incorrect instructions customer service has been good.”
