UK Radiators delivered a significantly damaged radiators which was not noticed until several weeks later when the bathroom fitters arrived but I could not complain as I had not followed the instruction to examine the radiator immediately. I wrote a one-star review as it is reasonable to expect a perfect product when paying for a new item. UK Radiators responded immediately with an apology, a small compensation payment and some touch-up paint. This type of response cannot be faulted and the company deserves credit. I have re-reviewed their response and raised my rating because of the excellent customer service.
