“Not delivered.no notification from royal mail they have the items.missus not happy”

Dear Graham, Thank you very much for contacting us. I have also just replied to the email that you sent. I'm very sorry that there has been a delay with your order. I can confirm that your parcel left our premises on the 14th. We have enquired with Royal Mail about this, and they have found that some mailbags were delayed at the local delivery office due to unusually high volumes of mail. Unfortunately, there was no easy way for us to figure out which customer orders were affected by this. The good news is that they have said that the items are to be scanned into their system today and will be on their way shortly. Royal Mail will send a tracking email to you within the next few hours, and I also included a tracking link in my email reply. Your wife can expect delivery within 1-3 days. “I placed an order on behalf of my girlfriend and all of the order came except for two items with no explanation but there was messages on the invoice basically saying there maybe some items to come. I am waiting and I have been waiting for over a week.”

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your recent order. At the point of purchase, 2 of 8 items were awaiting stock. Product availability was shown on the product page, in the shopping bag before checkout, in your order acceptance email, and on the delivery note within your parcel. By purchasing "awaiting stock" items, you reserve the stock. The Black colour is expected back in stock within the next week, and the Sherry colour is expected by the end of September-early October. If you're happy to wait, these items will automatically be dispatched as soon as they become available.
