“Have been using them for a number of years now and usually manage to find something I send out as gifts as well as products for myself. Lots of choice and brands to pick from too...I miss the purple packaging but things are now environmentally packaged which is a good thing. Notification is mailed regarding orders which arrived in good time to.”

Dear Janet, Thank you very much for contacting us. I will also send you a direct email with your tracking information. I'm very sorry that there has been a delay with your order. I can confirm that your parcel left our premises on the 14th. We have enquired with Royal Mail about this, and they have found that some mailbags were delayed at the local delivery office due to unusually high volumes of mail. Unfortunately, there was no easy way for us to figure out which customer orders were affected by this. The good news is that they have said that the items were scanned into their system yesterday and I can see that yours is on its way. Royal Mail should have sent you a tracking email yesterday evening. However, in case you haven't received this, I will resend it in my upcoming email. You selected Tracked 24 which is estimated to be 1-3 days delivery.
