Hi Pete, Please accept our apologies for the parcel arriving a little later than expected. The free 2-4 days delivery option you selected has an aim of 2-4 days, but is not guaranteed. Most of the time, this service will take 2 days, but there are occasions when high volumes of mail can mean that items arrive slightly beyond the 4 days. In this case, there was a backlog of parcels in the network after the bank holiday Monday. We hope this hasn't caused too much inconvenience, and that you are happy with the order now it has arrived. “I started ordering from UK tights a couple years ago because it was practically impossible for me to find the tights that I liked and size in any shops anymore . I love this site has exactly the tights I want and there is always offers . Ordering is easy and delivered very quick. I am definitely a returning customer”
