“Usually UK Tights have been very quick sending out orders, on many occasions next day. This time I was disappointed to find they had used an Amazon courier. Delivery took several days longer than Royal mail. Why has UK Tights changed to Amazon, it means that I need to be in to receive delivery. Not convenient.”

It was dispatched within 1 working day on Monday 01/09/2025 and sent via a 1-2 days tracked service, arriving on 03/09/2025. Given the size of the parcel, it should have gone through the letterbox, as a signature wasn't required for this service. If that was not your experience, please do accept our apologies for any inconvenience this caused. Although Amazon Shipping delivered your parcel on time on this occasion, we have found them to be slightly less reliable than Royal Mail overall. We are therefore looking to swap to Royal Mail in the near future, to ensure that we provide the most reliable and convenient service possible to our customers. “I buy hosiery for my tall, slim girlfriend and Keri was able to offer an alternative to the Gypsy sheer tights which are no longer available in the large size - several of the options previously offered on the website (including the Levante product) have been "discontinued"; I have, however, bought from the full Gipsy range from another supplier, sorry!”
