“Items ordered very early on a Sunday morning. No order conformation on the Monday. Called on Tuesday to find out why. To be told they've had a sale over the weekend and they're clearing the backlog. Items were consequently later than 48 hours, glad I didn't pay for next day. Needs improvement in my opinion, as i called to chase the order conformation, i would have expected to be become slightly more prioritised for that day, it was 9am after all. The turn around from order to dispatch is usually ok. Disappointed”

“Not great of late. Some of the items I buy have been discontinued in my sizes and when I've emailed to ask why, I haven't had any response (3 emails sent). In my last order I received a wrong item in the right packet (footless tights instead of footed, black instead of brown) which have been sent back for a refund.”

Searching your email address on our system, I can see that we have been replying to you, which indicates that it is a technical issue - e.g. our emails may have been misdirected to your spam folder. You contacted us on the 30th of May regarding the sizing and I replied the same day. You then emailed again on Saturday the 10th of June to say you hadn't had a reply. I responded on Monday the 12th of June, but my email is showing as unread. I'm not sure about the 3rd email that you mentioned, as we have only received 2? If you find our replies in your spam folder, it should help to mark us as a safe sender so that future correspondence is directed to your Inbox. Regarding your sizing query, regrettably, we no longer sell the Giulia Infinity range in XL.
