“I ordered three pairs, 1 pair is too small (not what I ordered), I’m still awaiting another pair and 1 pair is excellent. So a very mixed bag for this review. I await the missing pair, hopefully they will be the right size.”

Hi, thank you for getting in touch about your order. At the point of purchase, 1 item was awaiting stock, so this has been reserved for you, whilst the 2 in stock items were dispatched right away. Your outstanding item is on order with the supplier and will be automatically dispatched as soon as it becomes available. I'm sorry to hear that 1 of the items that you received isn't as hoped. Each size and colour in every product that we sell has a unique barcode, so I can see that the correct size was sent for both products. However, you purchased 3 different brands, and sizing can vary between brands. We include size guides on each product page to ensure that you can make an informed choice. We would need to check that the correct size was selected for the wearer's measurements. (I'll drop you a quick direct email to check this.) Hi Gary, I'm sorry to hear that the leggings weren't as hoped. Please kindly be aware that the product page indicates that these are high-compression, rather than high-waisted. You're most welcome to return unwanted items to us for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. While hosiery may not be returned opened unless faulty, leggings can be returned after trying on as long as they are in good condition.
