“I ordered medium in the micronet tights as it claimed to fit to 5ft 4 and as I am only 5ft 1 I and a size 12 i assumed they would fit. They were too small and when I pulled them up and they laddered straight away because they weren't long enough. So paying £6.99 for a pair of tights that I couldn't wear is really annoying. I wouldn't buy them again”

“Very dispointed with the denier , described as 40 but more like a sheer 15 , no good to me at all. This is the first time ordering tights online , will never order from this site again. You need to open the package to feel the tights so I couldn't return them. Waste of money.”

Dear Angela Thanks so much for your feedback. We're very sorry for any confusion caused regarding the denier of these tights. I'll admit, it's a strange one with the Oroblu Repos Tights. Whilst the Repos 40s are a 40 denier weight of fabric, making them resilient and able to provide a higher compression factor, they in fact have a sheer appearance when worn. This sheerness is mentioned in the description on the product page. However, we can see that this may not have been clear enough and wouldn't wish you to be disappointed with your purchase because of it. On this occasion, we'd be very happy for you to return this pair to us for an exchange and we'll send you a new, similar product of your choice. The wording on the Repos 40 & 70 Tights' pages has now been changed in the highlights and a further, explicit note made in the description, so that others do not experience the same disappointment that you did. Hi Jim Thank you for your feedback. Looking at your order, I can see that it has now been 8 days since it was dispatched. Items from the UK to the USA normally take 1-2 weeks for delivery so please do not be concerned, as your items should be with you in the next week or so. You should let us know if they do not arrive in this time frame. “Knee high socks arrived next day and were well packed as usual. Superb service. I usually have the Elbeo Sheer Magic 2 pairs for £6.99. They are brilliant. I decided to splash out on Kunert super ControlKnee High at £7.99 for one pair and wore them for a special occasion on 1st Feb. There was a hole in the toe when I took them off in the evening. So disappointed .”

“Whilst I was very impressed with the speed of delivery of my order, I was most concerned about the condition of the packaging of my goods. They had been placed in a plastic bag far too small. The bag could not be sealed but was just posted off wide open. It was only the honesty of the postman that all the goods were still inside when the delivery was made, completely undamaged and the invoice was tucked in between the tights. So, on this occasion, this is the reason for my 2star rating on this order.”

“I was looking for 2 pairs of pale grey tights. The Charnos tights were described as pale grey but were actually very dark grey. I kept them as they were nice but not as described”

“Lovely tights but took from November to arrive ..... in January ! Just as I was giving up ever getting my order my husband noticed they were in stock online . Disappointed they didn't deal with their very patient customers first before they did anything else. Not sure what went on but if they can sort out these sort of very annoying customer service issues then I'd use them again . Perhaps I was just unlucky?”

“Order emailed on 27November - nothing received by 08December so telephoned - informed tights out of stock and having problems with supplier but I would be called back that same afternoon or next day - on 10December I telephoned again and was told that the supplier could not give a delivery date but only a mumbled apology that I was not called as promised. After my instigation asking if there was an alternative there came the reply that there was at the same cost. Had I not asked this would not have been offered to me. Received goods on 12December. Overall a very poor performance. Had I not called I would still be waiting for the tights.”

“Bought a pair of coloured top holdups. When they came the top looked huge. I was unable to try them if I was going to return them so I will never know what they would have looked like. Won't buy things like that again.”
