“I regret that I have had to return my tights. I tried to tell a charming young lady that I needed a very comfortable waist and she said that Charnos were all the same comfort type. I accepted a med/large as there didn't seem to be a large size. The tights I received were so tiny at the waist. I would hardly have got them round my thigh. However they were on offer so perhaps I was in error in trying to save money. They are going in the post tomorrow.”

“I ordered hosiery for my wife and forgot to use the 25% off code at the checkout. I emailed customer services straight after for their assistance. The next email I recieved was notice of dispatch.I recieved a reply to my assistance request email days later..from a not very nice customer services advisor basically telling me "tough"..nothing can be done now and gave me a code for 10% off a next order. I admit I made the mistake but customer services were no help at all and not very polite with it.. It might be very clever and logical to have the website automatically apply the code as its so easy to leave it out....But maybey that is what the company wants.customers to do.?”
