“I’ve shopped at uk tights for many years and usually their customer service is excellent. However I recently bought a pair of CdR Boreal 80 denier tights. I wrote to customer services saying how bad the quality is and I think the picture on their website misrepresents the finish of these tights. Maybe the images have been manipulated or maybe I just got a bad set. Either way Uktights have just ignored my complaint because they haven’t bothered even replying to me”

“I have made the same order for the past few years and I have never had to wait 6 weeks for the delivery. Very little communication from the company. On line account not working or stated that there was an issue that after many communications finally worked. I will not be placing an order again as this has been very frustrating and distressing for my mother in law who is 90 years old and unable to shop conventionally.”
