“I ordered a SOAK clothes wash. My product came and it was damaged and the expiry date was 2020. I have contacted customer services and although they have requested a refund I would have preferred another product to be sent to me.”

“Thank you for the speedy delivery of my order. I can't find a store who sells golden lady tights so I appreciate getting them fast. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and don't know how to return them and get the right ones. I require XXL and not XL.”
