“This may sound contradictory, having just waited over weeks for my order to be processed and delivered, I highly rate UK Tights. This is because they have a wide range of products and have always been quick and efficient (except this last order) ; but based on all my experiences with them I feel obliged to give a hight rating.”

“Great service and breadth of products avail really impressive. Kept me well informed of the progress of my order. Only small thing is I had to pay in full for hosiery that was awaiting stock 10-20 days. A back in stock e mail would have been nicer.”

When it was placed on 16/01/2025, both products were "awaiting stock, expected in 10-20 days". 1 item was fulfilled after 7 days, when we received an Aristoc delivery. “I ordered two pairs of socks in early November. Almost immediately I was told they had been dispatched. When they did not arrive, I was told they were out of stock, then I received two terse emails saying they had been despatched and that Royal Mail records showed they had been delivered. This was nonsense. Still no socks so I just gave up. In mid January the sock were delivered with a note stating that they had been out of stock. So it took more than two months to supply socks that were not listed as out of stock on th e website. I will never buy from this company again.”

“I have been buying my tights from UK Tights for years and can honestly say that the service is excellent. I did have a problem with part of one order and after a phone call to customer services it was sorted out extremely quickly by a very polite efficient lady. Would definitly recomend UK Tights to anyone and will continue to buy my tights from them.”
