“Company failed to deliver to an address I have lived at for over 20 years, stating address incomplete, then want to charge me for their mistake if I want redelivered. What a rip off”

Dear David Thank you for your recent order. As explained in our email exchange, we dispatched your order to the delivery details which were supplied at the point of order; which was subsequently returned to us by Royal Mail as having an incomplete address. If an item is returned to us due to the wrong details being supplied, it is company policy to recharge the customer for redelivery. However, we have agreed to resend it to you FOC, as a gesture of goodwill. I do hope this helps and I am sure your wife will love the order when it arrives. “Over the years shopping with UK TIGHTS, I've never been disappointed with their reliability, and speed of delivery which is generally received the next day. My last order was made about 16:00 hours and it still arrived the next day with standard post. Not much more you could ask of a company that could organise your goods to be received quickly, if it's urgent.”

“Remarkably good, fast service. Cinzia, Trasparenze knee highs are excellent. Soft, silky and with a very comfortable top. Definitely better to hand wash though, as instructed. Many thanks.”

“I needed these as I had a major op and couldn’t wear tights. The feel was lovely, but they were far too short, they needed to be longer in length. But I couldn’t find the length anywhere, don’t know what long legged women do, I’m fairly standard. I felt undignified and sadly they will be remaining in my drawer, shame. I wanted to “feel” normal but they have had the opposite effect.”

“Two thirds of my order have arrived without any problem, the other item has a note on the invoice awaiting stock and not a word since. Not a great start with a new customer, Perhaps an out of stock sign on the item on the site would be a good idea.”

“I guess on this occasion, I’d have hoped for a bit of discount as a gesture for the Black Friday events. But my fault for not delaying my purchase by 24 hrs I suppose.... Generally a good service though”

Dear Chris Thank you for your recent purchase and also for taking the time to leave a review. We do indeed offer a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, but we always hold these events on the actual day. We email all our subscribers, the evening before letting them know the offer code, with the sale going live at midnight. We have found this format to be the best, to serve you, our customers. We hear feedback from our customers that they prefer the sale on the day, with the discount being applied to our entire site instead of advertising vague sale items over the period of a few days or even a week. We're not into gimics here at UK Tights and much prefer to reward our customers with a genuine sale, instead of the misleading sales offered by other retailers.
