“still waiting for part of order .didn't know it was out of stock when ordered and i have not received email to say how long Iwill have to wait!”

Dear Customer Thank you for your recent order, and also for taking the time to leave a review. When you place an order with UK Tights, we will tell you on the product page whether your items are in stock. If you choose any items that are not in stock, we will still charge you for the whole value of the order; and we advise that stock should be with us in 10-20 working days. Why do we do this? For security reasons, we do not store your credit and debit card details. We charge you at the checkout once, and with no records of your card details, we cannot charge you again. This increases our security profile dramatically and we feel that this is the best way to serve you, our customers. Charging you once also acts as a pre-order for the items, reserving the stock for you ahead of their delivery. This means that the stock will never be sold to someone else before you receive yours. If after 20 days wait, we are still awaiting our replenishment stock, we will notify you with an automatic email to ask if you'd like to carry on waiting, have an alternative product or receive a refund. You are entitled to cancel reserved items at any time by phone or email. I am told that the item you are waiting for, will be here next week and it will shipped out to you the same day. We advised that stock would be available within 10 to 20 days. We are expecting our Leg Ave replenishment delivery any day now and your remaining tights will be posted out as soon we receive them. “I purchase tights from UK Tights a few times a year with the confidence I will receive a good service. They are good at communicating and the products always arrives on time and well packaged. “I dont know why you dont sell more of small size as I am only 5ft and small/medium are too long for my legs. How a medium is supposed to fit small I just dont know. It is the same with clothes too everything is catered for the larger woman and nobody caters for the petite.”

We actually have a great range of hosiery designed for the more petite figure, with the options for you to search our range using the search filters on the website. You can look for products that are available specifically in sizes small and even extra small. There is always a size guide provided for you in the product information, which provides specific sizing details to help you decide which products would be the right fit. “Very very disappointed! The tights came -I bought a 4xl despite being a uk size 12 as I am 5ft 8 and they were so so short I couldn’t wear them. To make things worse they had a hole in! Will be returned!”

“got the leg avenue filigree tights and they were absolutely gorgeous....paired them with a black micro mini and heels and also with knee highs and a gorg short dress....suited both loads..gorgeous piece of hosiery...thanks uk tights xxx”
