“I have enjoyed my recent experience with UK Tights and found the people I have dealt with especially helpful and nice. Keri in particular has been amazing pointing me in the right direction advising me on several things and replying to questions and enquires I had. Ordering was simple and easy and the delivery time was quick, to say the least. Products have been of a very high quality and expect them to last, unlike other brands I have bought in the past. If you are looking to buy, then I can recommend UK Tights very highly and will be using them much more in the future.”

“I ordered three pairs, 1 pair is too small (not what I ordered), I’m still awaiting another pair and 1 pair is excellent. So a very mixed bag for this review. I await the missing pair, hopefully they will be the right size.”

Hi, thank you for getting in touch about your order. At the point of purchase, 1 item was awaiting stock, so this has been reserved for you, whilst the 2 in stock items were dispatched right away. Your outstanding item is on order with the supplier and will be automatically dispatched as soon as it becomes available. I'm sorry to hear that 1 of the items that you received isn't as hoped. Each size and colour in every product that we sell has a unique barcode, so I can see that the correct size was sent for both products. However, you purchased 3 different brands, and sizing can vary between brands. We include size guides on each product page to ensure that you can make an informed choice. We would need to check that the correct size was selected for the wearer's measurements. (I'll drop you a quick direct email to check this.)
