Unfortunately the products have been delivered to the wrong address as you have not updated your database. And I have been told to wait for two weeks to see if they are returned ! Not a great answer

I have used UK Tights for a number of years but felt the service and selection fell short in 2019. Firstly if you do not accept returns where the packaging is open then I suggest you always send out closed and sealed items. I have received several items from you that have arrived open. Most of which I have kept but I did return one such item. It was subsequently returned to me which I accepted only because I needed a new pair of tights. Secondly the selection and availability of products seems to less than previous years meaning that I have had to go elsewhere. I will continue to look at your website in the hope that the selection improves in 2020. On a more positive note items arrive quickly and the postage charge is more than reasonable.

Dear Ms De Wolf Thomas Thank you for your loyal custom and for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm that all goods that are sold are always dispatched in a new and closed condition. Some manufacturers have a security/hygiene seal, but some don't. There is always a viewing window on the packet, which allows the product to be viewed before opening the packet. Strict hygiene regulations, governed by the Consumer Contracts 2013, prohibit us from reselling items which have been tried on, unpacked or opened and so accepting an opened, non-faulty return for resale would contravene our terms and conditions of sale. All customers have to tick to agree to the T&C's, at the point of order. You can also find these policies on both the reverse of your delivery note or on our website ‘help’ page. I am sorry if you feel this is harsh, but it is a standard procedure amongst any retailer who sells items of an intimate nature. Thank you very much for taking the time to give your feedback on the Leg Avenue Opaque Hold Ups With Satin Eyelet Lace Up Back. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Normally, laced items such as this do come pre-laced, as they can be somewhat fiddly. You are the 2nd customer to mention this issue this week, so it appears that it isn't a fault as such but that this particular item doesn't come pre-laced. We think this may be because these hold ups are One Size (UK 8-14) and so the way one laces them, will need to vary depending on the wearer's dress size, to ensure the correct fit when worn. However, we have now forwarded this feedback to the manufacturer, requesting this be altered in future production. After spending £20 on these tights including delivery, I was disappointed that they got a ladder after around an hour of wearing them although I was being very careful with them being so thin. £20 straight in the bin.

Very very disappointed! The tights came -I bought a 4xl despite being a uk size 12 as I am 5ft 8 and they were so so short I couldn’t wear them. To make things worse they had a hole in! Will be returned!

Bought these for my partner xmas party...she put one leg in them and they laddered. Never spent so much on tights and never will again.

Company failed to deliver to an address I have lived at for over 20 years, stating address incomplete, then want to charge me for their mistake if I want redelivered. What a rip off

As explained in our email exchange, we dispatched your order to the delivery details which were supplied at the point of order; which was subsequently returned to us by Royal Mail as having an incomplete address. If an item is returned to us due to the wrong details being supplied, it is company policy to recharge the customer for redelivery. I am a UK size 10 and the garter was too tight and made my thighs bulge over that part so was not flattering at all. If you have slim and toned legs then you won’t have a problem.

I'm so sorry to hear that the Charnos 24/7 New Lace Sheer Hold Ups 2 Pair Pack were a poor fit and can understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, hosiery brands can vary quite a bit in their sizing as they are produced in different countries. Charnos is made in Italy, so relatively speaking, their sizing is quite small. This is reflected in the product page size guide which shows that the size Small only fits a height of 5'0-5'3". To ensure that you get the perfect fit for you, we recommend checking each product's size guide before purchase and if you are on the border between sizes to go up to the next size for comfort. The tights that arrived were in my view quite different from the photo. For me the black tights seemed to have open weave and hence white skin background for the leg but the grey tights appeared - to me - to have a yellow weave running through them which I what I found so attractive about them UK tights responded promptly and very nicely to explain that due to photographic lighting and indeed how our eyes operate explained why the black tights (white spaces) seemed so different from the grey ones (yellow yarn interwoven) However UK tights I feel fell in customer relations by saying effectively I paid the full price or returned them on what I see as very much on a "take it or leave it we do not take any responsibility for any photographic misrepresentation on our website." Perhaps others may see that the black and grey tight are both the same. I am just sorry I saw them differently

Dear Deryck Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am really sorry to hear that you are not happy with our customer service response to your last email. When you first emailed regarding the colour of the tights, I responded the same day, explaining how the stripe was in fact the model’s own leg showing through the cable design of the tights rather than a coloured thread. I also note at that time, you stated that the tights were unopened and I replied that you were more than welcome to return the unopened tights to us for an exchange, credit note or refund. I can see from your following communications with our Customer Service Manager Keri, that you had somehow missed my reply. She politely reiterated my initial advice, and again offered an exchange, credit note or refund should you wish to return them, unopened to us. Strict hygiene regulations as governed by the Consumer Contracts Act 2013, does not allow us to accept returned tights that have been opened unless they are faulty. In your last email, you asked if you could still return them if you had tried them on to which Keri replied on 18th October, asking if you had now opened them. As of yet, we’ve not received a reply. We ensure that we include as much information as possible on a product description, however colour swatches and images displayed on the website are only close approximations to the colour of the item. Individual computer monitors will have their colour settings at different levels and therefore may display colours slightly differently to others. That being said, the image (as provided by Jonathan Aston) of the model wearing the grey tights, does in fact show her arm (against her leg) which reflects the colour of her leg showing through the knit of the garment. Such is the popularity of this particular product; we have been selling it for nearly 2 years, and this is the first time such an issue has arisen over the colour and design. If the product remains unopened and intact, you can return them to us for a full refund. However, we cannot accept the tights back if they have been opened. I would have like to have hoped you would have received it by now. I am going to contact Royal Mail to log a missing item investigate. In the meantime, can you please confirm your delivery address, so that we can ensure it was sent to the right address? It might also be worth checking to see if a neighbour has taken a parcel in for you, or if your sorting office is holding the item following a failed delivery attempt. Bought a pair of bold ups. Only the one pair as it was my first order. Put the first one on and there was a ladder at the top of it so has to send them back. Not sure I'll be ordering again

I have requested that the returns department let me have the faulty hold-ups, so that I can return them to the manufacturer, and they have no record of the hold-ups being faulty. They were closely inspected and didn't appear to have been tried on or to have had a ladder in them as stated. Are you sure that the faulty item was bought from us?
