The worst tights I have ever tried! The fabric is very harsh on skin and made me itchy and wanted to take them off immediately. A waste of time and money.

The fiore tights have no stretch in them at all. I put them on once and my hand went straight through them, as if made of paper. They've gone straight in the bin. Absolute waste of time and money

Dear Nick, At the time of placing your order with us, 1 item was in stock and 1 item was awaiting stock and has been reserved for you. Product availability is displayed on the product page before adding to the basket, in the basket before payment and also in your order acceptance email. Usually, items awaiting stock are replenished within 10-20 days, however, we regret that Aristoc is experiencing delays as a number of their products are made in Ukraine. Received order 2 pairs of stockings which arrived promptly but on opening the package the pair of Fiore Milena red stockings part of the lace top was not fully attached to the stocking. The other pair ( Fiore Vespa red was OK ) there was no damage to the packaging

I used this website Purley because it was advertised as plus size.I ordered 5XL I am 5ft 8. The tights went as far as my knee I also thought the quality of the tights were very poor for the price. The tights were unusable and I would not recommend to women my height.

Hi Tim, I'm really sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your purchase. Unfortunately, you have purchased size XL not 5XL, which could account in part for the sizing discrepancy. However, the XL should still fit up to 5'8" so we would likely deem the tights as faultily sized (depending on your hip size and weight). Hello Martin, Your order was dispatched on our system late in the day on Friday the 29th. However, our warehouse team contacted me on Monday, once our office reopened for business, as your delivery address appeared to be incorrect. (A number was visible in the name field, but no house number on the 1st line of the address.) I left you a voicemail on Monday to double-check your address before sending, and my colleague also attempted to contact you yesterday. As we were unable to get in touch with you, an executive decision was made to ship your goods with a reformatted address. My thigh highs wouldn't stay up that well and one of them the lace has become unattached to the fabric. I think I must have ordered the wrong size.

Fake product? The product comes in original packaging, however the quality is terrible. Materials looks and feels cheap, poor stitching, and no identifiable brand marking. Genuinely seems like a fake product has been used.

This is a design motif, rather than proof of origin. Please be assured that all of the products that we sell on our website (for all of our 100+ brands) are genuine. However, Trasparenze in particular is one of our longest-standing brands, as we have had a close working relationship with them for over 15 years. We have even been across to Italy to view production first-hand at their factory near Verona. All products come directly from them, but if you feel that the product that you have received on this occasion does not meet Trasparenze's usual quality standards, we can certainly look into this for you. I unpacked the tights and one leg has a fault. There is a pull in the material. I ordered these to wear at my grandsons RAF graduation next thursday as I usually wear support socks. I havnt put them on yet to see if the fault will show as we are away now in our caravan till tuesday. They were expensive and I thought I would treat myself.

Hi Janine, I've checked your order and can see that when it was placed on the 23rd of September, 1 item was "in stock, ready to send" and 1 item was "awaiting stock, expected in 10-20 days" (by 13th Oct). Your Royal Mail tracking shows that the in-stock item was delivered to you on the 24th of September and your 2nd item is still awaiting stock. Far too long. I chose the correct size for height and dress size but waaaay too long. Can't send them back now they've been tried on so that was a waste of over 20 quid! Hugely expensive waste of time.

Your order was placed on the evening of 22/06/2021 (after our 4 P.M. cut-off) and dispatched the following day (23/06/2021). I've just checked your tracking and can see that the parcel was delivered on 30/06/2021 (5 working days after dispatch).
